Non-English Autism forums?

Does anyone here know of forums for those on the spectrum in languages besides English? I'm American and I only know German besides English, but I would like to have a chance to practice while also getting to interact with people on the spectrum who aren't (mostly) from the US or UK.
And of course I would like to hear about other non-English forums besides German, if anyone knows of any that are active.
