To those of you who have issues finding comfortable shoes

Clearly you missed the part where I am happier barefoot. It is not a shame I cannot find shoes to fit. It is, in the long run, one of the best things to happen to me! (Except for the discrimination, which can be dealt with legally and through public education over time.)
Because shoes are bad for your feet and your overall health even when they fit right. It's like wearing corsets all the time instead of just once in a while for fun.
I don't understand why in the world you're taking offense to what I said, lol. I never meant to make you feel bad. I thought you were upset that you couldn't. I must have misread/misunderstood what you wrote. *Shrug* I tend to take my shoes off whenever I can. I do so in college to this day. I prefer not having them on, but I have to wear them in order for it to be socially acceptable.
