I dunno...I have AS and ADHD, hubby has ADHD, and all 3 of my kids have ADHD but only one of them has AS. I think my mom probably had some form of ASD, though she's deceased. People thought she was "weird" when she was alive. I think it's pretty complicated genetically, not simply X-linked, though.
