I've been walking around with a floppy drive in my bag for a while. Then I took it out, only for it to be replaced by another floppy drive a few days later. Although that's weeks ago, I still think it's pretty weird. Who even uses floppy disks any more, let alone carry a floppy drive in their purse... (I did have my reasons, of course)

I was hoping you were going to say "a rat".

I found an orphaned siamese kitten when I was a teenager and carried him around in my purse until he got too big. He was the sweetest cat, but dumb as a rock.

a Peanuts/Snoopy/Woodstock small circular tin chock full of hair ties. (always handy)

a weird nylon shopping bag that folds into the shape of a strawberry. (too handy)

a bedazzled multitool.

5 different styles of bandaids. (because I'm clumsy)

a seam ripper (in case I have a new shirt and the tag starts bothering me so I hack away at it in the restroom wherever I am).

3 sharpie markers

at least 5 different types of medicines, related to my asthma inhaler (which has 195 puffs left on it), pepto, allergy meds, advil, and such.

purse hanger that's shiny and green.

I'm always prepared in some way shape or form.

I had a teabag in my purse so long that it came apart and the tea went everywhere.

Been there done that multiple times with the tea bag. Fortunately one of the times it exploded it was peppermint tea, so everything smelled "minty fresh!" Was still a mess to clean out though.

Dog treats, a watermelon Chuppa Chup and a copy of the Secret Garden.

The only things in my pockets at the moment are syringes, 11 1ml and a 2ml, and the various drug residues of course 8O There would be more but they were clean on this morning.
I don't use a hand bag anymore as I hardly ever go anywhere, and when I do the cargo trousers I always wear can carry anything I need. I do hope they don't go so far out of fashion I can't replace them. I have four pairs the same and they are the best thing ever for legs. Men's of course, I don't get on with women's clothes. In fact my underwear is the only women's clothes I wear any more. And I only have multiples of the same versions of those too.
