autism was suggested by one psychiatrist. i asked my psychiatric nurse if i could be assessed but didnt hear any more about it. i find it difficult to ask for help,,, i feel like i'm asking someone to donate a kidney even if i'm asking for the smallest thing. how would i got about approaching it?

i have ocd / anxiety / depression / social phobia.
