I'm in my early 30s now. Any of you ladies use a day cream with SPF or a night cream? I have extremely sensitive skin. I use Cetaphil cleanser to wash my face. It's made for gentle skin. Sometimes my face feels like sandpaper. I also use Finacea cream for my face. It's for rosacea/acne. I used to take Accutane and it did improve my face. I had to use it several times in my 20s. I did try Proactiv and Murad both with terrible results. It just made my face so rough and red. Anyone tried other brands advertised on TV such as the Cindy Crawford line? I'm at the age now where I want to take care of my skin. I have no signs of aging, no age spots, no wrinkles, no fine lines yet.

I use 'green people' organic products, I have very sensitive skin and react to other things. I use lots of things as Im neurotic about ageing, which in my early 30's comes on rapidly!

at morning I use
vitamin day cream

with day eye cream

and with spf 25

and at night I use
vitamin night cream

night eye cream
http://www.greenpeople.co.uk/eye-cream-night-10ml.aspx
anti ageing oil

other good brands are Lavera organic and Sante organic

The thing which makes the biggest difference though is nutrition, I found eating lots of raw carrots and drinking lots of water is the best things.

I am extremely sensitive to the sun and need to use sunblock. I don't know if this applies to you but modern sunsreens contain chemicals called Benzoates and many people are allergic/sensitive to them, they cause dermatitis. I found I was making my skin problems worse by using skincare products containing them. A pharmacist can advise you about ingredients. But the older types are OK to most people.

Unfortunately I have plenty of wrinkles!

I got a sample of this and going to try it for day and night.

I'm seeing my dermatologist in few weeks and will ask him about this. I think Clinique is widely recommended by dermatologists.
