Technecly, this would fall under 'womans' issues....though I still fail to see how this is woman's clothing.

See, I have a strange...emotional issue about dresses.

I love to wear them, however.

....But I feel saddened by the idea of *OTHER* people with dresses. Like, how few people seem to wear them that I meet on Pokemon forums.....and the idea that little girls that wear them could become mean girls really erks me soo much cuz those kids are like the CUTEST thing EVER and it's caused me to become a bit AFRAID of little girls as a WHOLE....

On top of that, I seem to MAJORLY accociate 'dresses' with ANYTHING thats innocent/pretty/CUTE, and, the idea of people wearing dresses being 'mean' makes me believe that....all those other things MUST be wrong as they RELATE to dresses. In my own head.

Its a really scary issue that seem's to cause great distress for me. I also grew up not wanting to wear anything BUT dresses. Soo I accociate them with ME, too. When I see or 'hear' about people wearing them and acting cruel, it makes me question if....i'll end up cruel, myself. Because they are. And they dress...like me......and no one else does.

I'm still wondering if this thread is in the right board or not. Please move it if it isn't...

Here on out.

EDIT; Also, what's with it being 'girls' clothing? :( Is there a logical reason for this cuz i'm NOT SEEING IT....

Im sure this would fall under womens board because it is discussing womens clothing technically. I am not exactly sure what you are asking? Umm...its considered womens clothing because that is what women traditionally wore for centuries and centuries. It wasnt till recently in the last century women were allowed to wear something that wasnt a dress.

But yeah, I like wearing certain dresses too however I was never really much of a dress wearer when I was young and Im not that girly so wearing one makes me few a bit weird sometimes because its too girly for me. But I like loose fitted, short dresses. Sorta summery but I hate floral print.

I wonder what's so 'bad' about floral prints...(it doesn't really...bother ME   )

I'm not sure I can explain it, either... I HAVE been caring less, lately, though. But that doesn't mean it's not still there in some form...hmn.

:?

This is like thinking that because some people have female bodies, and are mean, that being female has been ruined for you. Or that you'll end up mean, for being female like them.

It's not the dress that matters, it's the person inside it.

Anyways... :?

I...I am trying to care a lot less now if I DO become like them.

If I have to face the punishment of life...oh well

I WILL surpass God.

In my own way...
