I rarely wear perfume, but I do like body sprays. I can't think of the brand, but the one I just got that I love is called Twilight Mist.

Gratz, you brought up one of my obsessions.

Atm i wear Black Orchid and philosykos the most. I have tons of perfume but tend to stick to two at a time for months on end.

I actually like body odor's sometimes, so no need to wear perfume all the time. I hope that doesn't sound bad

I never wear perfume, I don't find it really necessary.

Lolita Lempicka. Smells like vanilla and liquorice, and in general feels like a fairytale.

I don't really know how to shop for perfume, I've been meaning to get something to replace this old Britney Spears perfume that I loved. So not a Britney Spears fan anymore (I liked her before I understood all the sexual undertones in her music), but that perfume was PERFECT for me :)
I'm using some of mom's perfume every once in a while, but it doesn't seem right.

Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche

It's expensive but really love the smell.
I don't like anything too flowery.
Smells citrusy

Prada Infusion D'iris & Prada Infusion de Tubereuse

Again, expensive but love em both.
I wear them on special occasions.

For every day, I wear Philosophy Inner Grace
Smells like a clean bar of soap! :)

I wear more mens cologne than I do women's perfume and I have quite a collection that keeps growing. My favorites include:

Mens:
- Tommy
- Versace Eu Fraiche
- Cool Water
- Polo Sport
- Nautica Voyage
- Game
- Drakkar Noir
- Lacoste (the one in the white bottle)

Womens:
- Light Blue Dolce and Cabana
- Nina Rici (the apple one) *have to be in the right mood for it*
- CK in2u

Unisex:
- CK1 Summer 2007

I am a no perfume person. Although my deodorant is usually the baby powdered scent. I don't need to use it much.

On men, I love Armani's Acqua di Gio. For me, I like Prada, but sometimes it seems a bit too much. I received a bottle of Shakira perfume for Xmas and I am liking it pretty well too.

Givenchy Hot Couture
Givenchy Ysatis
I used to like Organza, but it makes me sneeze something wicked
CK One used to smell nice on me as a teenager (when I had tonnes of testosterone) but now it smells rubbish on me. I wish I could still wear unisex/men's fragrances like that.
I love Chanel 5 and 19, but I'm too stingy and no-one buys them for me.

I feel like I may be a rare bird with my olfactory super sensitivity.

When I get a whiff of perfume or cologne, I freak out and get really angry - it's not quite a total overload meltdown for me, but definitely effects me very negatively.

When people that I work with wear perfume, I have to work holding a tissue over my nose. When I get in an elevator where someone's left a scent, I've gotten out and taken the stairs (probably better for me to get some exercise anyway *l*). When I open public building doors, I often pull my sleeve down over my hand to open the door so I don't get someone's cologne on my hand (that can really ruin my day).

People who visit my home now have to follow the rule, no extra smells allowed. I can still smell colognes that were worn by someone in my home from 6 months ago. (No lie!)

I'm sorry. : (
No offense meant to anyone.

I wonder if anyone else has olfactory sensitivity. I've read that it can be a trait of AS / HFA, but the sensitivities I see people on here normally discussing are tastes, textures, sounds and visual sensitivities.

I do like some smells - in fact a lot. There's an essential oil called Neroli (made from orange flowers I believe) - that's nice to my nose 8) . I like the smell of fruits, especially pineapple and apples. And I love the smell of coffee.

Stuff that smells bad to other people still smells bad to me (like poop and manure) but actually don't bother me as much as perfume.....why is that?

Anyone else has this issue?
