Every woman at risk of a premature baby should know this.
They have known about it for 15 years and it still isn't a standard operating procedure.
That's pretty disgusting!

It's the standard treatment for premature labor here. It makes you feel horrible though, but that's better than being in premature labor.

It's also better than taking care of a cerebral palsy baby, I HOPE!

^^ Has it gone down so much because other places have used that method for years and years and yours hasn't, or has it gone down because Alabama has used it for so long but you all haven't?

I'm only asking because of how people perceive the Deep South to be backwards and uneducated, which isn't true at all. I do live in a small town now, and yes the people here are pretty far behind the times, but the cities aren't like that.
