Are there more female aspies out there?

This is something that sorta vexes me lately. But what I am trying to ask here is, "Are there really more female aspies out there than males?"

I'm a man, and this is something I gotta get to the bottom of.

i don't see how this is possible. from my experience nearly all males are on the spectrum

I always thought it was pretty balanced out to me.

My experience is almost even, slightly more males. Although they are also easier to spot.
