I'm looking for Aspie girls who might live near me in Texas. Probably someone on the south-east side of Houston anywhere to Galveston. Looking for someone who might want to talk and see if we might want to hang out sometime.

I live in San Antonio.

Unsure if it would work, though.

Have you looked for a local support group? They are becoming fairly common, especially if you live in a more populated area. My group meets at the county library once a month.

I googled "meetup asperger Texas" and it sent me to
http://www.meetup.com/North-Texas-Aspergers/
(in the Plano / Richardson / Dallas area)
and to
http://www.meetup.com/ASAN-DFW/
(ASAN-DFW Chapter Meeting, Sun Apr 27, Central Market, Greenville Avenue & Lover's Lane, Dallas, TX)

Thanks for the reminder. I made this map years ago and have been neglecting it:
https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF& ... dg=feature
It doesn't seem to be working any more. My pin is up near the north pole, about 1,000 miles north of Nunavut, Canada, when it should be in New Jersey.

Yes, Texas is so huge!

And, I did look for a local support group on meetup.com. I found one adult support group for people with Asperger's and HFA but it meets in Houston (which, depending on where in Houston it is means that it could be an hour and a half away from me haha). I sent a message to see where they are in Houston exactly, so if they are close enough to me, I will try that :) Figured maybe I could find someone on here anyway though.

But nice map! This must take a lot of effort :)

Just looked again and found a social group for young adults with Asperger's about 40 min away from me! Not bad.

Yup. It's a huge place alright.

This is the support group I go to, if anyone's interested: San Antonio Area Adults with Asperger's Syndrome

We meet up the first Sunday of every month, and usually go out to dinner afterward.

It's pretty fun.
