I'm getting ready to clothes shopping online and I'm trying to decide on something.

I have a larger waist and hips. My waist measurement is 42"-45" (I don't really know for certain) and my hips are 48". I really want to wear dresses and skirts and I always wear leggings under them. My question is, if I want to conceal my waist if I should size up in dresses and skirts.

I've also noticed that stores like American Eagle don't provide waist measurements for tops. My bust is 44" and that's an XXL at American Eagle, but I don't know the waist measurements. Sometimes I wonder if I'm even worthy of all of these cute clothes because of my waist and hips.

Also, there are clothes with an oversized fit that aren't plus sized. Does that affect the measurements of the size chart? Just curious.

If you are comfortable to go to a store, I would recommend that. I love online shopping, but when It comes to clothes, I take maybe 10 to the "trying" room, and maybe one of them fits.
