Do they have flats shoes for extra wide feet? Does anyone know. I want to wear flats with my skirts.

Just buy a half or full size larger than you normally wear, and you should be fine.

Not always the case. I'm a guy though, so not sure about how many women shoes are cut wide. Maybe try boy shoes? Like boy converse??

They have a nice selection of extra wide shoes. I have extra-wide feet too, so I understand your struggle. Hope the site helps! :)
