What would you chose for you ( or if you have chosen already) ?

I think maybe us aspie women, have a big deal trying to think about our priorities. You know you are a loveable person and you would do a very good mother, but you also know you worked very hard to have a career and you really are very good at it, what would you prefer ?

I voted for work and carrer.

I found it best when I had to decide, and I don't regret anything!

I chose work and career long, long ago. When I found out I could not have children (this was back when you had to have a partner to adopt) I just kept on with the career.

I have a kid and a second career as well. I'd have rather not have worked outside the home formally, but that's the breaks. $$$$$ had a "career" (translate that glorified job at good pay) long before the kid. don't miss it, except for the money.

I don't expect to have children, (reasons to lengthy to state here), but I do find it quite manageable to have a strong relationship with my boyfriend, work almost full time, and study for a degree. I'm an academic person and it would be ridiculous for me not to try to go anywhere with that, but I'd say my relationship supports me rather than hinders me.
