But you also say 'you have lice'. Not 'you have the lice'.

If by MS you mean Microsoft then that is a very unlucky and bad thing to have!! ! :P

I've never been told I have "the" Asperger's, they just say I have Asperger's. Saying "the" Asperger's sounds weird to me.

Nope, though I have said "I has the assburger's" myself, among other other equally ridiculous things in fits of weird self-deprecating humor.

Here's a couple of odd sounding "syndromes" that I think could give "the Asperger's" a run for its money:

Alien Hand syndrome: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alien_Hand_Syndrome

Exploding Head syndrome: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exploding_head_syndrome

Enjoy Windows with your crappy security. I hope you enjoy staring at loading bars for hours while the batch of security updates for today installs. I hope you enjoy wasting money and time on anti-virus and firewall. I hope you like the registry slowing your system down unless you clean it out with third party programs all the time.

I could go on...

Awesome. Alien Hand is just.....too much! What if the sufferer is ambidextrous?

Incidentally, about Exploding Head Syndrome, did you see Head Zap? It's from serotonin over-exposure/misregulation......heh heh.

I wonder if any of the above would work as a "I could not come to work/school today since I have THE <insert disorder here, such as Alien Hand Syndrome or Head Zap>"???

Start issuing those Autism Stereotype Violation Tickets too - more M&Ms are in order.
