Take a big deep breath... you are going through changes that would unhinge anyone! Don't beat yourself up!

The only one you owe any answers to is - first and foremost - yourself. Secondly, your girlfriend. Everyone else may be worried/upset/excited/anxious/ whathaveyou - that's their problem. You are under no obligaton to entertain their drama or soothe their frazzled nerves! You have every right to tell them all to back off and give you and your girlfriend some breathing room so you can sit down and think and talk and find your own answers. These are big 'rite of passage' life events you are facing. You deserve to opportunity make intelligent informed decisions. All those harpies in your ear may mean well but too bad! You know where to find them if you need their opinions.

Whatever you and your girlfriend decide - it is YOUR choice. I wish you all the love and strength in the world to help you through this challenge.
