im doomed it just seems like theres this unwritten rule that you dont talk about unwritten rules how the hell am i ever going to convice my family that i have aspergers when they cant even spend a few minutes of akwardness to try and listen and understand. life is so dam hard :cry:

ok for example my mom was talking to me about getting a job and careers and what not so i tried to explain to her its difficult to me because i have a neurological disorder called aspergers and from there it got awkward as i tried to explain how it affects me in social situations. she then had this disgusted disposition and told me its probably my confidence and i we all have problems like this you should try harder. she completely disregarding the mention of AS
