Do you find that women in particular can be a lot more biased and unfair when dealing with people that have autism and aspergers?

No.

Do you mean NT women? Aspie women have the same problems with NT women as you do...

I think many NT women are unknowing and ignorant about autism. They look biased and unfair, but they really don't know any better.

Women often have problems unterstanding men, just as men have problems understanding women. Theirs patterns of communication are just too different. NT women trying to understand autistics face even more foreign patterns.

I don't know, but I don't think so.

It is true that the 99% of people that teased me in school were girls, but this is probably because I don't look "girly". They didn't know I have Asperger's.

NT women are on the far end of the scale from us in regard to non-verbal communication. If they're sending their signals like mad and you're not responding appropriately then they think you're being rude and will get angry with you. Being clueless as we are we think their rudeness (back) to us initiated with them and they think it initiated with us. I know this intellectually, but still fail in receiving and responding in real life situations. Heck, a good part of the time I don't even understand what they're getting at when they do communicate verbally.

When talking to professionals at the job centre who are women I'd say they are more biased
