I like art, but I love science, so I choose science over art.

Agree with many others. Both. I love music (Mahler, Bach, Jazz) but then I also love maths and science (logic, algebra, quantum mechanics). For me, the interesting question is around is there a subset of art and science areas which is particularly appealing to people on the autistic spectrum.

That would indeed be an interesting follow up question. I don't know if there is, but in my own case, I gravitate most toward the visual arts, particularly painting and sculpture, and the exact sciences like physics and chemistry, while I'm primarily a biology buff (focusing on ecology and ethology, and with a preference for herpetology, ornithology, and entomology). Curiously, I never cared all that much for maths.

I love both. To me they are related.
I love science because it explains things in the universe in logical way and I love to understand things and think about and analyze things.
It is very exciting to find new information about something I am interested in.
I love visual art because it is mind expanding and lets you see things and make connections with things in an out of the box sort of way. And it is beautiful and interesting to look at and fun to make.
I love music because it connects me with intense emotions.

Short answer, both.

If you would have asked me this same question a few years ago I would have said witho hesitation, science. However, now, I have realized the importance of art and how to find beauty in it.

Science, my first love, is stimulating, but I find there is always a limit on it - Art, however, can be limitless and forever.

Both, but I really love specific parts of the vast universe of mathematics.

Mathematics is the glue between science and art. I love building formal bridges between different domains of knowledge.

For me art is science and science is art. I approach art from the view of a scientist, I build the guitars I play as an example and if you have ever designed and built something like a race car or a guitar you will quickly realise that the fabrication involved really borders on art, or at least it does for me. I enjoy both equally and rely on both skill sets to achieve goals on both sides of the line. Take a look at Leonardo DiVinci, painted the prettiest pictures and designed the deadliest weapons all with the same brain and hands.

i'm ok with science, but it depends what kind. physics is fascinating but hard for me to understand. medical biology has always been a long time favorite, but i hate chemistry.
i'm a big visual art person. i can't go a day without drawing, and i carry a pen nearly everywhere i go. and i write sometimes.
math is useful...but eh.

Absolutely love them both. I work in science but at some point dream of making the switch to work in the arts. I wonder if it'll pay the bills though.

The way my mind works science is and art and art is a science. I know that sounds like meaningless doubletalk, but it's the best way I can describe it. They are just different facets of a path of exploration.

As a scientist, I'm gonna go with science. I've never been into art. It just doesn't interest me.

I love both art and science. If I had to choose one as a favorite, it would probably be science (biology and ecology specifically), although not by much. This is expressed in my choice of science for my college studies but having arts as my most common leisure activity. I like to interlink both art and science whenever there is an opportunity.
