I find a lot more comfort and loyalty from my two dogs than I do from any people

Do I like people? Well, yes and no. I dislike the general public, but that doesn't mean I don't want to make friends wih anyone, and once I get to know people, I become interested.

I am quite obsessed with gossip. But I think that must make me nosy I suppose. I don't like to spread things around, I just like to hear what's going on, like at work, in my hometown, or in my family. That's why I stay on Facebook.

A lot of people (even NTs) whinge about Facebook saying how stupid people are when they post useless information, like ''I am going for a walk'' or ''I am having chips tonight''. But I find it quite interesting, and it's not much different to smalltalk, and nobody complains about that!

Animals do not contract the mind virus (system intelligence) that drives humans to behave insanely.

The genetic makeup of animals is such that they are not able to host the mind virus. They have their own connection to system intelligence that has little to nothing to do with world of imagination and concept. They are more real.

animals reduce a lot of challenging behaviors of mine when around them, they are great autism therapy.

I have read that chickens can be very intelligent and loyal. It is too bad that someone took them from you.

thanks aspieutah, much apreciated! the police thought it was the local gypsy community just down the road from us that stole them but said they coudnt risk checking them out on an assumption, beloved pet autism therapy chickens meant nothing to them, the press woudnt get involved because no one saw it happen which is ridiculous-the scumbags came in and smashed the coops up at night when no one saw them-a load of chickens protected by loyal cockerels will not sit around quietly when something like that happens, have always held the residential home partly responsible as they left the gate open to the grounds, plus they said they didnt hear anything when the coops were being smashed up and cut open with bolt cutters.

totaly agreed-the whole 'bird brained' stereotype is very wrong and unfair on them, they just have a different type of inteligence.
tito was the most generous cockerel had ever known, he used to let all the females eat before him and even from birth was never pecked by him once, nor saw any agression from him towards humans apart from when a horrible support staff once picked him up by the wings and he bit back, the then two year old niece of mine used to hold him, thats how calm he was.

I should have stated "other animals", though some of the higher apes do host mind viruses.

It can be easier to relate to other species, maybe even for other animals as well, because we can bypass the species specific behavioral rituals, customs, norms, etc.

I like people who I can connect with. I don't like people who are boring or patronizing. Unfortunately that's the majority of the world population. At least in super PC Canada.

I generally like and get on with people, but mostly as acquaintances, there aren't many people I'm actually close to. Animals are much better.

There's probably about three people tops, in this world who I genuinely like. The rest I just tolerate, but that is becoming increasingly harder the older I get.

I don't really care much for animals either.

I think I'm becoming a grumpy old woman.
