Perhaps it was him?

Could have been. Maybe you'd recognise him from the videos? Or you might remember his "mind-mapping," it's his main theme. He also did a series on how to study (for exams etc.), which interested me a lot.

It´s so long ago, I don´t remember his face. Has he been working in schools? It might have been a special teacher-fan of his. He was working at a school.

I was going to create a topic like this one. Yes, how do you raise IQ score? This is one of my special interests. Most books and websites will tell you a good sleep, multivitamins and music, but I mean, and what I need, are books and sites on how the tests work, figuring out the questions. I look on it like this; some people are bodybuilders. I want to increase my IQ score.

I'm sure I know an easy way to drop your IQ, at least temporarily. Just watch a few hours of television.
It doesn't take long til my eyes turn into spirals and I might drool on myself. Language may regress back to a series of grunts.

Wouldn't be surprised if he'd worked in a lot of schools. He's an educationalist.

The OP might get some use out of this Tony Buzan series, "Use Your Head" from 1974:

The presentation is laughably dated at times, and it's presumably aimed at children, but if you can stand the style, the show might be helpful to anybody wishing to "improve their mind."

This could be my imagination, but his facial expression and slightly monotone voice make me wonder if he's slightly autistic.
