I rarely leave the house unless it's for an appointment or unavoidable commitment. If something does force me out then I will usually utilise the fact I'm out and get my grocery shopping done and perhaps do something fun. I can go long periods without leaving the house. I really need to force myself out more. It would be easier if I didn't have to shower before leaving. For some reason I want to avoid the whole process :/ inertia perhaps?

Almost never. My nightgowns and pajamas are generally more comfortable than outside clothes and why make more laundry when it's already enough of a pain to get my laundry done.

I stay in my pajamas, they are more comfortable, I already have problems doing laundry, why buy more quarters for my laundry? I use to hand wash my clothes, I hope I can do it again, but somethings are too big to hand wash.

As far as getting dressed.... nope. Lol. I just had a friend stay over for a little over a week, and we only got dressed twice to run by the grocery store. Both of us stayed in our pajamas the whole time. She is also autistic.

Me too, but it is more mental than physical I guess. But it's the same reason I have issues leaving the house. Well, the same few reasons.
