How to manage air flow at night with sensitivity?
If I open my window at night, on the next day I have a cold or at least throat pain. No matter how little I open it.
If I leave my window closed, possibly due to being in a small room, I have very dry eyes in the morning - I need to use artificial tears because it is all red and doesn't feel good. Of course I am already opening the window during the day.
I am looking at either preventing my throat to get cold with the window opened, which I guess would be better because the fresh air has multiple benefits for sleep, or of course I can buy something for the night to prevent dry eyes -- that would be the more easy solution but I would prefer to leave the window open.
Calling to any people with experience , thanks!
