I had something weird when I was a child, but I don't know if it qualifies for this topic or not...
I remember I had to protect my left side of the body, to hide it. So for example, I would brush my hair to the left side. When sitting next to the wall, I wanted to sit with my left side to the wall, and right side towards the room. I hated if my right sleeve was longer than left. If one was longer, it had to be the left one. I hated to loose left glove, because if I only had one glove, it had to be the left one.
I had other weird "needs" too. For example, when walking barefoot, I liked to step on stones with the middle of my left foot, because it felt nice when unevenness in the ground filled into the concave shape of the sole. I kept doing it all the time and now my right foot is flatter than the left one.
There's more, but you get the idea.
No one had ever explained me, why I was like that.
