The best way to tell is to take an IQ test.

Note that skill scatter means that whatever your full-scale IQ is, you're likely to have some skills above and below that score. So you could have an overall IQ below 70, but some areas where your score is average or above average. Conversely, you could have a higher IQ but in some areas function like someone with a much lower IQ.

IQ tests shows how good you are at taking IQ tests. Nothing less, nothing more.
It gives a hint about your inteligence, but it does not give the whole story.
Just be aware of that, don't be too fucused on the results from those tests, inteligence is more than just IQ.

An IQ below 70 is known as Intellectual Disability.

IQ tests for ID are not applicable rather it’s assessed on a set of bands from severe to mild.

The bands are based on life skills like can you go out and buy a loaf of bread, can you be left alone for a period of time. Can you deal with basic money, are your reading and arithmetic skills above age 10.

Depending where you are at your given a rough score within the band that’s within just lower part of the IQ spectrum but separate to IQ tests

I took an online IQ test and it turned out that my score was 86.

I couldn't complete the IQ test.
I remember there were questions that made my brain shut down because not enough information was given so it could be a number of answers and I had believed that an IQ test question could only have one correct answer.
So my brain got stuck on wanting clarification and that was that.
I ran out of time and received a score of 84.

You are within one standard deviation from the mean global IQ so that's normal intelligence.
