Brilliant,, I hope she runs for President of the World . Pretty much hit the nail on the head for all Aspie/ Asperger types.
8) . But as always this is just my own opinion. Smoother flow of societal Interaction does not give progress for all humanity . Just those whom seem to want control it seems . Very astute observation ..
Took me years to sort differences in language . And was victimized for it ,over and over . In a slightly different format and concept . I tried to explain what I understood at 6 yrs old . Simply put , " everything is beautiful" long before I ever heard the song . And tried and tried to rationalize this with my elders . because I could see them as humouring me at that age. So I qualified it to them, as everything is beautiful compared only to itself. ( or was there a hidden frame of reference I was missing ?) Because in literal translation. No comparison was requested. So if not having a comparitor? .
Any one item referenced. Only allows evaluation of that same one item.( nothing else) unless you add the qualifier
" As compared to ? " So even a individual who might have a severe case of Elephantiosis . Without a caparitor , is beautiful and perfect as a single entity that functions. Sorry to be long . or complex .( It is what it is )

Yeah, that was a very good video and I think she'll go far if she wants to.

I disagree with her premise. I don't think autistic people are inherently more "logical" than anybody else, and I don't think taking things literally is a sign of a particularly "logical" mind, in fact it usually indicates the opposite. A logical person understands that words mean different things in different contexts, that's just how language works.

I agree with your disagreement. What many people refer to as "logic" seems to actually be a "confident guess".

If the application of logic was all that was necessary to reach truth, there wouldn't be so many logical fallacies to be mindful off.

Bad, flawed, or otherwise erroneous logic exists.

I don't need external validation.
