that makes no sense, why would you not want to be cured, maybe to avoid responsibility and avoid being a productive member of society

Hmmm, well troll, my answer to that would be that there is no cure anyway and there can't be as autism spectrum disorders are a difference in brain development and I don't think you would want it messed with. Secondly, knowing that, any cure would probably NOT be an improvement.

Now, as I work for a living, as a teacher and trainer, I assure you that you don't need to worry about my taking away your well-earned tax dollars, while you demonstrate your productivity by posting multiple introductions.

You leave my brain alone and I will leave your money alone. Deal?

It's probably something that can't be cured, so everyone has to do the best with what they have. What makes you think people with AS are not productive?

I'm currently going to college in order to become a productive member of society using my special interests. I don't want to be cured, I'm fine with myself just the way I am.

I am a productive member of society. I work two jobs. One payed job, and a volunteer job. I also don't wish to be cured. I haven't been smoking anything. I also feel, that if we were to talk about acceptance, instead of arguing over a cure, that we'd be getting a lot farther.

Also, your thread title doesn't match your bashing... so I'm smoking life FOREVER, or at least until I can convince my smoker friends to give up cigarettes, avoid the hookah and smoke on some cinnamon sticks :lol:

p.s. I've read cinnamon sticks can help with quitting smoking
