Well do you? Do you think the world should only be NT? Do you think aspies just belong in the back of stores stocking shelves?

Is there a rule that if you are attractive you can't have aspergers?

sorry carspurr, but what exactly is attractive. As attractive to me probably is different to attractive to you & so on.

I think it's about time they open they eye's and look into reality because I don't even think they know what world they really live in...

I think anyone can be anywhere they want to be...

Without a shadow of a doubt I believe that AS are here to be a royal PITA to the rest of the world. Just because they can. And they do. And that's the way it is.

If after seeing the pictures in the link, you still think AS can't be attractive... then... ...

I think that attractive aspies come in all shapes and sizes, and they have a variety of hair styles, which is my answer to the OP.

The chubby ones are cute, the small ones are pretty, and the athletic ones of both genders, are attractive.

Brother/sister down topic

I must admit what attracted me to this topic was ambiguous. I thought someone was wondering if we are into self hate or inflicting our own shortcomings on others. Or that we beat each other up the way NTs have done to us.

I hope we are not so competitive that we step all over others on our way to the top, if this is indeed the goal in life. We may yet end up like Yertle the Turtle. Beware.

why do i always read topics wrong? i had no idea this thread was about being beautiful! of course im a handsome beast, thats a fact but what i wanna know is where is my belle?

I've been on the other end believe it or not. I've had a fellow Aspie try and bring me down, calling on me to stop fighting because I'll get nowhere so there's no point. I dumped her as a friend after she refused to apologise for telling me how to run my life. She insisted she was being a friend for crying out loud!

All the time I knew her I knew her self esteem was down, and I made a big effort to try and pull her up. And she tries to drag me down to her level. No thank you!

I value self esteem. I put down fellow Aspies who try to contradict that and pull me down in whatever way they do. It's called self preservation because I know what's it's like to have low self esteem and what can happen - and I'm not going back there. Anyone who tries to pull me down or otherwise tell me what to do or think cops it - unless of course it's done politely and constructively (in which case I don't see it as a pull down or some such act).

I guess it could be argued that I'm over protective of my self esteem! Well you would be to if you'd been through what I have!
