Sometimes when I'm really tired I hear voices, like replaying things I have heard during the day. It happens right before I fall asleep. If your tired maybe you are half asleep?

Could it be body hair shifting? If your hair is long is it possible your hair touched you?

Sorry, that must be really creepy and distracting.

The only times I have had tactile hallucinations was when I had been using a lot of cocaine or methamphetamine. Those days are long gone, good riddance to bad rubbish in my life.

I also experience what I term to be "hallucinations" of touch.

I constantly think that I feel my cell-phone vibrating, when it never is.
My sense of proximity is usually a bit skewed, and I often think that I feel my body brush up against a wall or a chair, when I actually have not.
I sometimes even feel as if something is crawling on me or pricking or biting my skin. And yet there is nothing there.

Don't know what this stuff is about, but it can be bothersome and distracting at times.

When I'm dozing off to sleep, I hear music, tunes that I have never heard before in my life.
Half the time, I wake up and write down teh melody on looseleaf, makeshifting the lines for a staff. The other half, I feel that I'll remember it, but I end up forgetting.

Then don't ever do acid. I put my hand on my gf's arm and my hand felt like it was melting through her flesh.

I always think my phone is vibrating too when it's not. It's so weird. I get this feeling like the top of my head or back of my neck has been touched, when it hasn't.

I constantly have tactile "hallucinations" and they feel like bugs crawling all over you. I even have them crawling in my brain. The only drugs I do are the ones that the doctors prescribed to me, no illegal drugs. But in my case it isn't bugs, but rather nanobots that are changing me into a robot. Soon I will be impervious to bullets and harm except only dying when the bomb in my neck explodes (it is powerful enough to destroy the entire country), the laser satellites, and the nanobots turning evil and destroying my parts from within. I sometimes smell my brain rotting. It is because the nanobots got into my brain and is turning it into a robot brain that has technology 200 years ahead of our own. The government is the one that is doing this to me to punish me for destroying the economy because I wrote it on here many times that there will be a great depression or severe recession. Aliens are after me as well. The gov is also installing a jet pack on my back from within (the nanobots) and they instruct me for it to work to make some slits on my back so the jet pack can go through my skin easier. The good news is my psychologist said I am neurotic! That makes me happy! I even hugged her when she said that! My psychiatrist however, says that I am evilly psychotic which he is the one that is wrong! I believe my psychologist more because it is just anxiety based!! !! ! I'm not nuts after all! And even though my psychiatrist said I have both neurosis and psychosis he LOWERED my anti psychotic pills because he thinks I am normal!

It used to happen all the time, but its been awhile... I used to feel like someone was touching the back of my shoulder. Sometimes it would scare the crap outta me and I'd jump. Then people start staring and its just uncomfortable...

if I think about something on my body I feel it. I can hear things that arent there. I live in a reality of mixed illusions and real sensations, most of it is real, or induced, very little is actual hallucination.
