Not a problem that really needs solving, really. The culture here is that complaining is preferred to treatment, health, and happiness and that’s not something I’m going to influence chance upon. People here can carry on spewing their hatred towards me all they want. Them feelin angry doesn’t harm me, only them, so it’s to their own detriment.

I’m on the spectrum and figured out how to treat myself on my own accord under my own free will and it’s my unwavering opinion that treatment is FAR superior to no treatment. No one has told me what to do or forced any such treatment upon me like you describe. I learned and did so on my own and have my own personal experiences and opinions about it.

I'm mostly very liberal in my politics, but abortion is one area where I'm in agreement with conservatives 100%, but not for their reasons, which are mostly religion. Freedom of personal choice - just the same as it is for cultures that abort females. Should we no longer use the technology to identify sex before birth? (Actually, locally, they’ve sort of tried to do this to prevent certain Asian cultures from aborting all females, especially the family’s first child since males are preferred.) Even if I wouldn’t abort a female or an autistic baby doesn’t mean that that isn’t the right choice for someone else. Their lives, their bodies, their babies, they decide - not me or anyone else.

You shouldn't have the right to kill someone because their existence cramps your style, and that's the reason for the vast majority of abortions.

I don't think Goldfish wishes to "kill us off," or whatever.

He is this...and he is that.....he is 6 foot 2, 205, with a perfect bod or whatever.

But....to call him somebody who would advocate the abortion of autistic people...is not right.

Anyway: I don't believe there will ever be a time when autism will be "abortable."

The thread has not been locked. But I doubt there is anything new of any substance to add at this stage. I suspect that not a few members are tired of the repetition.

Well, I’m calling BS on those who torpedo threads on this topic so that they can get them locked and then say “it’s agianst forum rules to discuss locked threads,” which is a really annoying form of censorship. It’s complete BS that civil discussion of treatments, whether brand new scientific discoveries or the self administered methods by anyone on this forum, is not allowed to occur because people intentionally torpedo threads to get them locked and make the topic off limits.

How many threads have you made about your personal treatment mode so far? I think there are quite a number, and it does become repetitious for members. It has for me, anyway.
