Of course you can change. I don't know whether they're accurate or not but if the same person can get so many different results they definitely don't fit as scientific.

They sure are fun though. : D

Bumping this one up. The people I've replied to might never read my comments but I hope they're still here.

I almost tested INFP pretty much every time up to this point but I haven't taken the test yet and I'm starting to get really excited about having a social life which is the opposite of how I felt in highschool. The wider range of clubs and events may push my results towards ENFP in University. Instead of hating socializing I might actually love it and find it energizing instead of draining.

They change depending on how consistent your personality is and how introspective you are. I've taken various tests for years and I have only ever gotten the same result. People I know with chameleon personalities don't like it because they always get different or all borderline results. The cognitive function tests are pretty good, but some are messed up like the one in a thread at ONTJ forum that told every single INTJ they are probably an INTP lol. Its been posited that the primary function of the INTP is usually the INTJ's top shadow function so I guess it is somewhat acceptable.

Also it is normal for extroverts with difficulties socializing to test as introverted or borderline I/E. Many misanthropic ENTPs and ENTJs I know question their extroversion because they don't like/relate to most people lol.

There are newer threads on the Meyers-Briggs personality types here. I only say so because there are veterans here who disapprove of what they call "necrobumping" old threads.

I usually come out as ISFJ although the F is sometimes a T. IS*J is very consistent for me.

ISTJ here.

Does it really matter, considering we are not all alike.

If you are NT or ND, you are an individual ?

My best friend (who also has AS) gets all sorts of different results every time. I started off as an INTJ when I was younger, but later on I became an INTP. It's a pretty subjective metric for personality.

I personally agree that I fit the description of INTP and I do think aspergers plays a role in that, but it's not true for everyone. I think the INTP type is most common among aspies because the dominant function is introverted thinking, meaning that we live in our own worlds in a sense and tend to seek knowledge or "truth". That and INTP's weakest function is feeling, which is consistent with the lack of emotional IQ often found in aspies.

Still, most of the aspies I know have wildly differing personalities and personality types, so I don't see it as set in stone.
