Classic very fast Pepper Steak-Sauce:

Prepare the steak in a pan with cleared butter. Put the steak on the pre-warmed dish and add some double cream and a tablespoon of freshly crunched black pepper into the pan, mix well and serve. Time: approx. 1 Min.

Sublime! What's double cream? Is that what we yanks called whipping cream?

Whipping cream has normally 35% fat, double cream (creme double in French) has mostly 48% to 54% fat.

Pizza is number one. I love fish and burgers, plus pasta is always good. Lasagna is to die for if done right. Yes, I like food.

Wow, that's virtually my criteria.

For me, #1 is the almighty burger. Next is pizza, and then pasta: spaghetti or alfredo.

I only eat salmon and flounder, though.

Salmon in white wine sauce:

Salmon fillet
White wine
Butter or Olive oil
Black Pepper
Lemon juice
Soured cream
Nutmeg

Put some lemon juice and pepper on the top the salmon fillet. Leave it for 20 min. or so.

Melt in a small sauce pan the butter (or fill the olive oil in). Add the soured cream, lemon juice, nutmeg and the white wine, some black pepper. Put on the the side.

Use a pan which closes very well. Heat up some butter or olive oil. Shortly before it gets brown (butter) or starts to smoke (olive oil) put the salmon in the pan. After one minute take the pan from the heat and add some white wine (1 cm), close the pan firmly and put the pan on a the smallest flame till the salmon is ready.

Put the salmon on a pre-heated dish, add the rest of the white wine from the pan into the sauce, mix it well through and reheat it briefly.

Ready!
