Theres a real good article on Google by the Feds on whether pd is an objective process or not. It is...and you need to understand that intuitively. If you are highly rational as I am, you have a good chance. Good luck.

How are things going today Raleigh? How are you getting on? I have been thinking about you most of the past 20 hours, on and off. Please update us on the situation. Anyone put in the situation you were put in would have legitimate grounds for challenging not only your exclusion, but the manipulative way it was sprung on you at the last minute so to speak. Ouch. It was unacceptable behaviour (on her part, not yours).
