The AQ test went screwie when it came to scoring. As far as I can tell I got a 24 but I don't konw what that means cause I had to read through a bunch of coding to count my score.

rdos -
I heard mention somewhere that this test was formed to find out if there is any connection between AS and Neanderthals...
I have also read that it has been proven impossible for modern humans and Neanderthals to procreate, for the offspring would be rendered infertile, much like horses and donkeys producing sterile mules...
If this information is correct, what are you basing your theories on?
If I have been misinformed, can you please clarify?
Thanks.

I thought this was a good quiz. It covered a lot of areas that the others don't.

Can an NT do the quiz? I tried, but after the first bit about who I was, wouldn't take me to the quiz.

Absolutely. I encourage NTs to do the quiz. You have to fill out all the fields on the first page that are marked with a red asterix (birth year, month and gender). If you do that you should get to it.

Yes, this is correct, but most of the experimental questions with Neanderthal connections have already been in the quiz. Right now I'm focusing on a stable version that can be translated to other languages besides english and swedish.

No, it is not really correct. Nobody knows if Neanderthals and moderns could produce fertile offspring or not (for obvious reasons), but evidence from other species speaks in favor of fertile offspring (cayote x wolf mixes for instance). Recently several papers have also challenge the out-of-Africa theory and proposed about 5% Neanderthal ancestry in Caucasians.

You can read the Neanderthal theory (many references to Aspie-quiz) and make up your mind for yourself.

I couldn't get the AQ test to work properly. When I hit the submit button, I just got a page full of cgi script, and no score.

I definitely have some issues with the AQ test, as there is no 'neutral'/'don't know'/'depends on the context' option.

You seem to have both Aspie and neurotypical traits

AQ: 29

I'm not diagnosed with Asperger's but I've suspected that I might have it, at least to some extent.
