My mom also had chemo therapy for her cancer and it made her tired and wear and the side affect if it gave her depression so she had to take pills. But it killed her cancer cells and now she isn't sick anymore. It is expected to come back but not for another twenty years at least. She would be in her late 70's or early 80's by then. She was in her late 50's when she got the treatment and now she is 61. But she now has even more ringing in her ears from the treatment.

In 1978, she has breast reduction surgery, it hurt like hell for a while and she had these ugly scars on her chest and she couldn't nurse a baby. Now I hear they do it differently now and I have heard it is still possible to nurse a baby after that surgery. Her chest doesn't hurt anymore and her ugly scars had faded but it took years for the to fade. They were still there when I was a little girl.
