I definitely wish I could live in a bunch of places, and not just have to pick ONE job, and ONE place to live forever. I wish I could just pick up and go whenever I feel like it, and move to any city in the world that I want, and just live and relax without people around me nagging all the time about all different things. I guess I just want a freedom that I probably will never know.

You sound like me! I have a friend that tells me that I live on a 'spinning wheel of possibilities' because I want to do so many different things, and I'm 'too curious' about everything. The thought of picking one job FOREVER especially frightens me, because I know it would get boring after a while.

I already have a bad enough habit of driving around the city just about everyday out of boredom (with no real destination except to maybe go out and eat) or I'll walk around certain parts of town I think look interesting.

Being able to travel travel all the time would be awesome. I would use every means of travel and every means of lodging. Experience it all I say.

Going mind-blind in an unknown place would be scary but interesting I would say.

Theoretically, yes. In practice, no...unless i can spend enough time in a place to develop a rather staid and secure and rouinted rut.
Quick jaunts are not to my liking --too much sensory difficulty and too disruptive of food sameness tendencies, routines, commitment to special interests.

If I can travel and go somewhere for a month - or even longer - so i can settle in and then just create my rather fixed life in a new environment i can adjust to ---well ....yes. I would manage that.

I do however, love the idea of other cultures.
in 2008 I traveled up to the very north of australia and painted on an indigenous community. It was good but really ahrd and upsetting because all my routines were disrupted.

If I had the money, I'd wander around the world. As much as I like consistency, I seem to enjoy going to new places and seeing new things.

I'd love to be a wanderer with a laptop. I can teach languages. But I'm afraid I won't be able to make ends meet to live safely enough...

Ooooh, yesssss, I want to be a traveler too. *A*
But I have to pay off school first. Which means I have to get a job first, hurrrr. OTL;;;;;;
I know I could travel for cheap though. There would be a lot of backpacking, bivvying, and cheap hostels involved. Crossing the ocean would be the biggest expense.

Oooh, I didn't know those campground people traveled from one to the other. That sounds kind of neat. I think I could do that.

Yeah, but i can live with playing computergames that involve travelling great distances and exploring places. I just love diving into a new unexplored world with many continents and places to find, and make maps and stuff like that.
