That's run-of-the-mill AS as it appears in adults (see: the majority have these two features), and the severity is about the same, it's just that the manifestation can differ from person to person (the people who don't bother interacting to those who're one-sided, verbose, odd, eccentric, insensitive, and speak of their interest to great lengths).

Where are you based? Don't forget this is the World Wide Web, I may know of specialists in London or Sweden, perhaps in Trinidad or Korea but this may not help you much... ;-)
