Meticulous detail in killing/obsessive in how he killed
Strong morals and black and white thinking (killing whores)
Wasn't caught, which could be due to meticulous awareness of the environment and an extreme/obsessive focus on the task at hand

Would have kept on killing if a psychopath, as they don't care about getting caught. OCPD is possible, as is an anxious disposition with predominant OCD, as these people tend to be more intelligent than those without such.
