If you're a moderate-high autistic as an adult, I'll give you 99% odds that it's impossible to lose the diagnosis without committing fraud. If you're going to lose the diagnosis, it usually happens when you're a child, and happens almost exclusively to people who were "mild" to begin with. Them's the facts.
The bad part about this is that I have been employed in several different fields. The system says that I have no disability while at the same time discriminates because of the "nonexistant disability."
