I like your videos, but I think this one is a bit all over. Maybe because it's longer than you usually make. I've never made a video but I imagine that it's like writing an essay in that the longer it is and the more complicated the more you have to plan it out before you present it. It's possible to write just one sentence, or make just one statement, without planning it much and people will understand. But to make a longer video, or write a longer paper, you need to know your beginning, your middle and your end, and what happens inbetween, and why the various parts are there. There are countless books about this, most of which are not very good, but some of them are.
I think you are saying a lot of different things, many of which I agree with, and some of which I don't. The main issue, as others have pointed out, is the title. Who should abandon hope of what, and what does the question mark mean?
