Meerkats. It's still my current obsession and I think I will be taking it with me to the grave.

My last obsession was 4chan. Before you ask, I rarely go to /b/. I mostly came to 4chan for the pictures on /c/-Cute/Anime. Then I gradually focused on boards relvant to my interests, focusly concentrating on /v/, /cgl/, and /g/. Most of the time I vist 4chan I usually download the pictures other anonymous users upload and the threads along with it. As a result my personal archive is now about almost 16GB of threads and pictures.

One day next year, I'm hoping to create a personal website regarding 4chan culture in general and it's in jokes. THAT will be part of a personal wiki known as "Everything Jkid Knows".

I'm currently obsessed with Buddhist Meditation.

My last and current obsession is Mixed Martial Arts, the UFC and such. I can tell you ridiculous tidbits and factoids about many MMA fighters.

My last big, major obsessions were the anime series Hellsing and Trinity Blood. Once those started to die out, I got into the temporary obsession of reading about the life and comics of Christian Weston Chandler, aka "Chris-chan". The wiki that documents his life, the Cwcki, is still among my most visited websites according to Google. However, that obsession died off really fast after Chris posted a tirade against people with Asperger's Syndrome.

The Cranberries...

My second largest obsession has been medicine, particularly obstetrics.

Mario. I still love the games now, but in around last October it was overtaken by a kids show from Iceland :)

I used to love Sonic, then it started getting awful. I grew up with Sonic, but I'm definetly a Mario girl now :D

Lazytown is epic, I bet a lot of aspies like it :D

Even though I'm not obsessed with Mario per se, I've owned a couple of Mario t-shirts in my lifetime (including one that says "a mushroom a day keeps the koopas away"). I grew up playing Super Mario 64 with my siblings, and I've always enjoyed the Mario Kart games. Super Mario Galaxy was an awesome game too, I got it for Christmas a few years ago and I'd still be playing it to this day, if only my nephew hadn't ruined the disc and my Wii hadn't crashed... :(

Anyway, I can see why aspies would like Lazytown: it's really bright and cheerful, it's got lovable characters and the music is really catchy. I'd probably watch it myself, if they put it on regular cable television.

The detail on the characters' costumes is also something my aspie eye always gets :D One of my best friends has "aspie traits" and he's obsessed with the show too :D
