Yes. I was watching one of those "life behind bars" shows, and there are people who have tattooed the whites of their eyes to red, blue, black ...

Seems like they found a way around the whole "don't shoot 'em until you see the whites of their eyes" concept.

The inmate doing the interview did not give any details about how they actual did that.

OP: Please forgive this distraction away from the yuckiness of nothing more than colored lenses.

My eye color actually does change naturally, though.
