I certainly do live in my head, which is also where my work takes place.

But I am quite grounded in what I think about, usually business or the children's education.

yes i live in my head.. I am my mind/sould not my body.. though i do have alot of feedback from the world around me and my thoughts are the only clear things to me.
it is hard to put thoughts into words as i find words to be clumsy and ill formed.

and where does my soul reside/ i have no clue but i am it

I'm just wondering if my fellow aspies also have there energy often or always in there head (in the sense that you're not grounded/thinking way too much/floating/dreaming). Also if you would point where your soul is would it be in your heart or in your head? I have this almost all my life and it sucks, i just want to be able to feel my body a bit..

I spend a lot of time day dreaming, usually while flapping my hands. It's great, I enjoy it a lot, and it's how I come up with most of my ideas.

I'm always in my head and I don't think there's ever a way I can get out of it

The only way when i'm not in my head is when i'm doing my college work and organizing things. :D
But unfortunately, I get told that I shouldn't be always be in my own world because it would seem like I wouldn't care... I do care though but the fact that I find being in my head is a good retreat to when I feel anxious or insecure.
