Nothing.
Anything I cannot do I do not bother to try.
Except the people that inhabit the house I live in along with me.
They irritate me to the point of murderous thoughts.
I have had this for a long time and I doubt it will go away anytime soon.

the 'theory of mind' stuff. Millie on here introduced me to the terminology which I really don't understand literally (how a mind can be a theory or whatever) but I know the stuff that it applies to has tripped me up my entire life and caused me alot of pain.

It means that you have a theory of how the mind of a person works, a script of sorts.
You can tell the script (metaphor) what you are going to do and script responds how the person will respond.
Or it will make an approximation.

My biggest problem is my sensitivity to sounds. This leads to a lot of other problems (or keeps me from fixing them). Loud noises cause me a lot of anxiety, and my general level of anxiety is already high. Being in school all day with all the noise is very exhausting, which makes it difficult for me to socialize or want to expend energy talking to people. I have a hard time concentrating, working, and understanding what people are saying when there's a lot of noise. I think I could work more on improving my social skills if I didn't have the sensory issues to deal with.

Understanding when others aren't just teasing/joking in a friendly way, but have malicious intent

Managing the depression and anxiety are certainly the more difficult issues for me. But it's occurred to me recently that a lack of passion might trump everything else. If I had a compelling vision to focus on, I'd at least be able to use that compulsion to distract myself from that other stuff.

Executive dysfunction, sensory issues, social exhaustion.
