That is a very comprehensive list......

Please take that with you to your appointment. I have a psychologist and psychiatrist. It took 2 years to be dx with AS. A lot of intensive therapy, very confrontational.

My psych tells me what my next session will adddress so that I can write a thesis before I go. It provides me with some ideas and takes the immense pressure off having to think on the spot. I also don't forget anything I want to say.
