Difficulties with maintaining "joint attention"?
Joint attention necessary for smooth social interactions.
Having the eyes "wander around" could make "joint attention" and social eye contact harder to maintain.

Recently, I've found that I can grip a pen "correctly" with my left hand better than my right, yet I'm right handed.
My right hand grip is very poor and "incorrect".
I was encouraged to write with my right hand at school, even though I did many tasks (including undoing buttons) with my left hand.
Some of my relatives are left handed, so maybe that's why?
