Last night I saw the second episode of Young, Autistic and Stagestruck .

The narrator said that because Andrew did not have the ability to imagine he could only live in the present.

Kind of annoyed me in episode 1, where the parents almost made it look like he did something wrong when he was getting close to that girl, even though she made the advance. Look in the same episode when they are all introducing themselves to the group, just as Andrew starts speaking. I only saw it the 2nd time i watched it.

I dont want to say what exactly incase i spoil it for anyone.
