What a "zen" poll question. I always applaud with the sound of one hand clapping when I don't hear trees that fall in the forest. Coincidentally, they make the same sound!

Seriously, I can make an audible sound of clapping with one hand by hitting my palm with my fingers. I have long fingers. I can make a louder sound of clapping by hitting some other part of my body, but I would guess that is cheating.

I forgot to mention; can you do it fast? As fast as proper clapping.

I can do it fast, but again, it starts hurting after a bit!

Oh I can do it now. Spazzergasm I voted NO but I can do it after watching the YouTube video. So you can deduct one NO and add it to the YES.

My NT daughter and my AS son both can do this fast and loud. They told me they didn't know how they did it. I tried it one time but I kept moving my wrist so I couldn't do it. They thought it was funny that I couldn't do it. Now I can practice and surprise them. :D

There is a Danish film called Clapping With One Hand (At Klappe Med En Hånd). I've never seen it though. Maybe I should do that. :)
