No, my stress threshold is high (years of trying to get it that way), but I do get frustrated easily.

Yeah, that's pretty much what my meltdowns are like.

I feel like I'm always stressed out about something. And generally, the more trivial and stupid that something is the more I seem to stress over it.

Same here. A supervisor I used to work with said that to me once and I let it slide but I was seething. Second time she said it I snapped "that is not at all helpful but thanks for trying" :lol: 8O

I agree with the real crisis/imagined crisis thing, I can handle a real crisis fine. I find the thing that stresses me is not just noise/people but more often than not decision making, especially stuff out of my routine. Too much to think about and I just shut down.
