"Good" Weather

I like a clear day with lots of big fluffy clouds - very pretty.. but most of the time I prefer it not to be "good" weather - too bright, and it makes everyone want to go outside and be loud, which means I'm stuck hiding from it all for the day.

I agree that the blue sky is boring, but it can be pretty every once in a while.
Luckily, I live between an ocean and some mountains, so it rains all the time here. Even on sunny days, there is always (Okay, almost always. As in, only 2 or 3 days in my life being different from the always.) at least one whispy cloud somewhere in the sky to make it more interesting.

My eyes also hurt even on cloudy days - worse though, on a sunny day.

Monterey, CA might suit you; if you're anywhere near the coast it's foggy or overcast most of the time.

I like it to be about 73 degrees and sunny but not glaringly bright sun; some clouds are fine with me as long as the temperature doesn't drop. When people rave about hot summer days I want to SCREAM.

I hate 100% cloud cover. That's what we have over here. The sky is always a blotchy shade of grey and on the verge of drizzling and it's cold. Too cold not to wear a coat, but not cold enough to get away with a ski jacket without looking weird, so everyone walks around kidding themselves we live in a 'temperate' climate.

A nice day here is one that hasn't rained in the last 4 hours.

That's like here. As soon as there's a bit for sunny weather, everyone goes around in t-shirts, shorts and shades, just incase it's the only sunny day of the year. Even though it's still only 8°C.

I love all weather as long as it's warm. I have an innate aversion to winter.

I am emotionally better off in summer than in winter, but cloudy days in either season I find depressing. I am extremely sensitive to bright light, especially like glare from a snowfield or open stretch of water. I've been wearing sunglasses (good ones - like Ray-Ban G-15's) since the age of 10 whenever it is sunny out. I couldn't function without them, the light is actually overwhelming and physically painful.
